Delivery Information
We offer delivery to United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland (Eire). Please note that we will only ship to cardholder address. Any order requested to ship to an alternative address including PO Box or shipping forwarders cannot be processed and will be refunded. We are only covered for goods shipping to the card address. 

Orders received by 12PM are usually posted that same day. If any delays are expected, a member of staff will contact you to inform you.

Delivery is calculated by weight and is FREE to UK Mainland excluding highlands and islands. Depending on the item, our courier choices are Royal Mail, ParcelForce or MyHermes for UK & Northern Ireland orders.

If you are not happy with any of these couriers, just let us know and we can look at alternatives such as DPD, TNT, Interparcel, UPS and others.

Packaging
We carefully pack your items in additional packaging to try and get them to you in good condition. Smaller items are packed with additional air packing, a brown shipping box and cross strapped with fragile tape. Larger items may rely on their original brown shipping boxes as courier prices vary by size.

Please note that we cannot guarantee pristine packaging. Any damage to a box in transit is excluded from our returns policy and we offer no compensation or return option for this. If the product itself is damaged in transit, please contact us.
